A mystic devoted to Siva and Muruga, he preached universal brotherhood. "Deathless life" is the goal of his Samarasa Suddha Sanmargam. At Vadalur he built the "Ball of Universal Worship". Ramalirga Vallalir often spoke of "arul jyciti", the light of grace; indeed light had a special place in his worship. |
